Troy has been in residential construction long enough to know that a permit problem is cheaper to fix on paper than it is after the concrete is poured. He talks about ADUs the way a mechanic talks about engines: directly, honestly, and with the occasional dry comment about why a missed inspection is the most expensive way to save $400. Monica handles the interior build-out on most of our ADU projects: drywall, trim, door hardware, and the final alignment checks that make a room addition feel like it was always part of the house.
